1. What Prometrix is

Prometrix is an AI-powered job-search tool. Depending on your plan it helps you score roles, tailor your CV to a job, write cover letters, find and match job listings, run mock interviews, and improve your LinkedIn profile. We reframe your real experience; we never fabricate qualifications, employers, or metrics, and we never submit job applications on your behalf. You review and send everything yourself.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be 16 or older to use Prometrix. Keep your login details secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We verify your email before granting full access.

3. AI-generated output

Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy and truthfulness before relying on or sending them. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any particular outcome.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm the information you provide is accurate and yours to use, and you will not use Prometrix to misrepresent your background or for any unlawful purpose. Your use must also follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

5. Plans and billing

Free, Pro and Max plans are billed via Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. 6. Intellectual property

Prometrix and its software, design and content are owned by us. The documents Prometrix generates from your information are yours to use for your own job search. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your content and run the service for you.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prometrix is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For any question, email prometrixai@gmail.com.
