Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't charge cancellation fees and don't give partial refunds for unused time, unless required by law.

Your 14-day right to cancel

As a UK consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a new subscription. Because Prometrix is digital content and services delivered immediately, by starting to use a paid feature within that period you ask us to begin at once and acknowledge you lose the automatic 14-day cancellation right for what you've already used. You can still cancel future renewals at any time.

If something's wrong

If the service is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: contact prometrixai@gmail.com within 14 days of the issue and we'll put it right or refund the affected charge.
